A couple of customers have complained about the lack of a table of contents. The PDF of Grow with Magento was created with all of the Chapter and section headers bookmarked so that when read with the Acrobat Reader all of those bookmarks are available as hot links. This is a feature that precludes the necessity of a Table of Contents (which is 10 pages long for this book). However, for those who really want a Table of Contents there is one available. Simply go to the product page and click on the Table of Contents link under Excerpts. This is current for the latest release of the document.
